The Pacific Islands are located in the Oceania Region; a large area of coral reef and many inhabited and uninhabited islands; surrounded by vast open ocean. These islands are home to an estimated nine million people.
The population of Fiji is 881,000 and is a country made up of thousands of villages, over 330 tropical white-sandy islands, palm covered coastlines, crystal blue water and the famous ‘BULA’ attitude. Bula is used as a greeting and means ‘LIFE’, a blessing of health and happiness. It is hard not to say it without smiling and this is exactly the attitude of the local Fijian people.
